The car is rather pedestrian to say the least but the picture shows some track features.  The shadow of the crosswalk staircase is cast onto the track.  This is also a pretty good view of the bleachers on the left side of the track.  Notice the RHS logo on the wall.

This is cool.  While surfing this site, Leo Goff noticed that he was in the above Pinto picture.  He's guessing that this was '73 or '74.  Leo raced motorcycles and a few cars at Lakeland from around 1966 until it closed.  He sent the following shot taken in 1968.
