CONTRACT TERMS

  1. A final guarantee of the attendance at any catering function must be received 48 hours in advance. Guarantees for a Monday or Tuesday function must be received by 12:00 noon on the preceding Friday.
  2. If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, the customer will be charged for the guaranteed amount. The Hotel will set and prepare for 5% over the guaranteed number.
  3. For functions not requiring food & beverages, a fee will be charged for water / linen & room set-up.
  4. Cash Bar Note - If beverage consumption does not equal or exceed $300.00 per bartender, a $50.00 charge per bartender, per cash bar will be added to the banquet check.

Cancellation Policy

I have read the above contract and the hotel's Catering Policy and agree to the terms and conditions.
This booking will remain tentative, subject to cancellation by the hotel, until this contact is signed and received by the hotel.
